How much is charged for shipping?
Below you will find the countries we send your Roots packages to and the estimated shipping costs and estimated shipping times.
We are not able to give an exact shipping amount based on only your address. This is because the price is calculated based on dimensions and weight of the package, which is only known when all the items have been added to the cart and you are ready to checkout. On top of that we have different carriers with different tariffs.
* Free shipping can be excluded for some islands of Europe
* Free shipping can be excluded if the dimensions of your package are too big
* Free shipping from €75 is not eligible in the following countries: Bulgaria (BG), Switzerland (CH), Cyprus (CY), Greece (GR), Croatia (HR), Malta (MT) Romania (RO). Instead the free shipping will be available from €150.

Why am I not receiving free shipping?
How can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order gets picked up a tracking link will be send to your emailaddress. If you did not receive the link please contact our customer service, they will send a new link!
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the first updates to show after receiving the trackinglink, if you have not gotten any updates within this time frame you can always contact our customer service and we will provide you with more information.
My delivery is late, what do I do?
When your order was dispatched you should have received a tracking link, make sure to check the carriers website for any delays. Sometimes it can take a little longer for the package to arrive due to unfortunate events at the carriers side. This will be mentioned on the tracking page from the carrier.
