- The specific products do not have demand, so they are replaced by others that better meet customer preferences.

Upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive an email from airplants.gr, which will detail the order information as well as the exact amount charged to your account.
Is a partial refund possible for the amount I have been charged?
If an item is removed from your order before shipment, a partial refund for the amount charged to your account can be issued. Our team will contact you by phone to complete the process.

What payment methods are available in your online store?
The payment methods are:

In how many days will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in strict priority order. Once you have received the notification email that your order has been completed and the shipping company’s voucher has been sent to you, the order will arrive at your door within 3-5 business days.
I want to order plants but I’m worried. Will they arrive safely?
Our plants are packaged in the best possible way to ensure they arrive safely at their destination and that you can enjoy them for a long time. It should be noted that plants are living organisms that may be affected by transportation. However, once they are adequately watered and acclimated to your environment, they will recover quickly.
I want to pay by cash on delivery. Is it possible?
Cash on delivery is supported as a payment method only for phone orders. You can also choose to pay by card, via PayPal, or by bank deposit.
The plant I received is not the same as the one I ordered. What should I do?
Since plants are living organisms and not manufactured products, their external characteristics can vary. There are always some differences both among plants in the same batch and compared to the photograph on our website. For more information on the return policy, click here.
The plant I received is a different height from what I ordered. What should I do?
The plant’s height is measured by the supplier, and we always refer to this measurement with a deviation of 1-10 centimeters. The measurement is sometimes taken from the base of the pot to the top height and sometimes from the part of the plant outside the pot, depending on the plant species.
